Top Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Brazil for Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the iOS platform in Brazil saw notable activity among navigation and maps applications. Here's a look at the top performers based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained robust weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 160K in mid-January. However, a gradual decline was observed, with downloads reaching around 93K by the end of March. Active user numbers remained fairly stable, hovering around 17M throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced fluctuations in downloads, starting at 79.6K and dropping to about 38.6K by the end of March. Active users peaked in late February at approximately 7M, before declining slightly to 6.5M.

Google Earth showed consistent download numbers, averaging around 14K weekly. Active users started the quarter at 363K, with a slight decline to 293K by the end of the quarter.

MapXplorer: Navigation, Radar saw a significant spike in downloads early in the quarter, reaching 16K in January. However, numbers dropped sharply, stabilizing around 1.4K by the end of March. Revenue reached approximately $1.3K in late March, following a steady trend throughout the quarter.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS exhibited a steady revenue stream, peaking at about $16.1K in late February. Downloads varied, with a notable increase to 18.2K mid-March. Active users started strong at 116K, decreasing to around 82.9K by the quarter's end.
